Pulling this kitchen out of the corner required us to think outside the box.

After major damage from a water leak, these homeowners decided to turn an unexpected renovation into an opportunity to create the kitchen they had always wanted. We completely reimagined the layout- relocating every appliance, every bit of plumbing, and even removing a window to make room for a new 48" range.

By centering the new island with the range, we brought the kitchen into the heart of the home and created a space where cooking and entertaining could finally happen together- rather than leaving the homeowners tucked around the corner from their guests.

We customized every inch with a dedicated dry bar, coffee bar, custom utensil and spice drawers, pull-out trash, and full-height storage for kitchen and pantry essentials. We even carried the overhaul into the laundry room with a pull-out ironing board, dedicated broom and cleaning storage, and additional food storage.

Sometimes thinking outside the box means pulling the kitchen out of the corner.
