A fan favorite among our Realtor partners across Ellis County and DFW, our Occupied Staging service takes the guesswork out of preparing a home for the market.
Using your existing furnishings and décor, our staging team focuses on depersonalizing, furniture placement, space planning, and traffic flow to help buyers see your home at its best. We’ll also fine-tune the details that make a big difference in professional real estate photography—from bedding and textiles to window treatments, accessories, and those finishing touches that help a space feel polished and inviting.
This is generally a two-part process, beginning with a Walk + Talk Consultation where we create a plan for each space and help you get a head start on editing and packing. Then, our staging team returns the morning of professional photography to style the home, make final adjustments, and ensure every room is picture perfect and ready to be showcased to buyers.
When additional pieces are needed to complete the look, we can supplement your existing furnishings with a curated shopping list or an AMI Accessory Package for an additional fee.
Transform an empty property into a warm, inviting home buyers can connect with. Our Vacant Staging service brings in thoughtfully selected furniture, artwork, textiles, and accessories to highlight your home’s best features, define each space, and help buyers envision themselves living there.
AMI handles the process from start to finish- including design and space planning, furniture and accessory selection, delivery, installation, styling, and removal at the end of the rental period.
